Occasionally we are asked to provide a morning or evening minyan for someone saying kaddish. Our regular worshippers respond, but everyone is not available all the time. It would be helpful and appreciated if we can call you, when necessary, to help out. Please let the office know if we can add your name(s) to our calling list. We realize that you may not be here during the week and/or tied-up at times, but please STILL SIGN UP. You will not only be a minyan-aire but also a mitzva-aire. TIKKUN OLAM
Using her photographic talents, Bonnie Farin has crafted a series of 12 laminated, hand-crafted cards with a word or concept to enrich our spiritual lives. Each week, we will be highlighting one of these cards in our Shabbat Reminder.
You can purchase these cards for your own use. They are $2.50 each or a
set for $25, with $5 going back to the Center. Available also are
greeting cards in sets of 16 for $50, with $10 going back to the Center. The greeting cards are larger, with an envelope. The word and meaning are on the back of the card. And for $25 she is offering a 12x12 laminate of all 12 cards with the words and meaning on the back, with $5 back to the Center.
